This place is a good bang for your buck, location is...
This place is a good bang for your buck, location is conveniently right next to the sky train, the best way to travel. And all of the main shopping malls are just a block away. There's also always a tuktuk or a taxi waiting around for easy travel, and nearby bus stops. Good food locations and street vendors at night. Coco Walk across the bridge has a nice night time bar scene. 24 hour front desk service is helpful and the staff is very friendly and generally well versed in English. They let us keep our bags in the building the day of check out because our flight wasn't until later free of charge. The place also has food at pretty good prices if you're on a budget and is conveniently right next to a 7/11. The staff also provides room service and cleans daily, we left our valuables in the room without an issue but they also provide safety deposit boxes for a refundable deposit.
The beds were OK for a few nights, but not the best for an extended stay. I've found that the twin beds are more comfy, after staying here multiple times, I would advise against sharing a bed as the full sized ones tend to be a little sunken in towards the middle. AC is cool, but could have been colder on some of the hotter days. Water gets hot, but doesn't really get much colder than room temp and the tv has limited channels with little to no English broadcasts. The wifi was spotty at best, but streaming seemed to be unaffected by the signal. My only true complaint is that there is a strong sewage smell every night around 9-10pm that we just couldn't stomach, maybe from old pipes? But there were times where it was almost unbearable -that being said, the bathroom (shower and smells) was the only part of our stay that could have been better, it's still a great deal considering the price and location.
